Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By registering an account with ghplay, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the ghplay platform.
You must be at least 21 years of age to create and use a ghplay account. This is a strict platform requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. ghplay reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Each individual may hold only one ghplay account. Creating multiple accounts — including under different names, mobile numbers, or GCash credentials — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method used for deposit. ghplay does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts. KYC verification may be required before the first withdrawal is approved.
All ghplay bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published at the time of the offer. Attempting to exploit bonuses or circumvent wagering requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. ghplay cooperates with Philippine law enforcement authorities and will report any activity suspected to constitute a criminal offence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of ghplay that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ghplay ("ghplay," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ghplay.club ("Platform"). By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

To register and maintain a ghplay account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
ghplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility (including government-issued identification showing date of birth) at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ghplay account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. Any misrepresentation of personal details during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ghplay login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. ghplay will never ask you for your password. You must notify ghplay support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.
ghplay accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your ghplay account or any balance held therein to another person.
All financial transactions on the ghplay platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ghplay supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other approved payment channels. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always available in the ghplay account dashboard.
Deposits are processed in real time for supported e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within standard processing windows for bank transfers. ghplay does not accept deposits from payment sources not registered in the name of the account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method(s) on the account. ghplay does not transfer funds to third parties under any circumstances. Before approving the first withdrawal from any account, ghplay may require the account holder to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure.
ghplay reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal that is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement, an ongoing security review, or a suspected Terms violation pending investigation.
From time to time, ghplay offers bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including (but not limited to) wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts.
By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific promotion terms applicable to that offer. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
ghplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a ghplay promotion — including through arbitrage betting, collusion with other accounts, or wagering with prohibited strategies — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
Each game available on the ghplay platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between information displayed on the ghplay platform and the rules of a specific game provider, the game provider's rules shall prevail.
All wagers placed on ghplay are final once confirmed. You acknowledge that all games of chance involve a house edge and that there is no guarantee of winning. Past results do not affect future outcomes. ghplay uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all virtual games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. ghplay reserves the right to void any wager placed in excess of applicable limits or placed in error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ghplay platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
ghplay reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any balance pending investigation, and refer matters to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.
ghplay may suspend or terminate your account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud or illegal activity; (c) account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (e) at your own written request.
Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding security or AML review.
You may request the closure of your ghplay account at any time by contacting ghplay customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period selected by the player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content from the ghplay platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ghplay.
ghplay provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ghplay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game offered thereon.
ghplay shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the ghplay platform, including but not limited to losses arising from wagering decisions, technical failures, network disruptions, or third-party payment processor errors.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit ghplay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
ghplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a ghplay account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ghplay does not sell personal data to third parties and processes data solely for purposes related to the operation of the platform, compliance with legal obligations, and improvement of user experience.
ghplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address or via a platform notification prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the ghplay platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ghplay platform shall first be referred to ghplay's internal complaints resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through that process within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
